At OJS, we believe in clarity and transparency. Whether you’re applying for a warehouse, logistics, or cleaning position, we want you to understand every step of the process — from application to employment.
You can apply directly through our Job Listings page. Choose a position that matches your skills and interests, fill out the online form, and submit your application — with or without a CV. You can also apply as a guest or create an account for faster access in the future.
Once we receive your application, our recruitment team reviews your information. If your profile fits one of our available roles, we will contact you by phone or email to discuss the next steps — which may include an online assessment or an interview.
Not always. Many of our positions are open to motivated individuals without prior experience. We also offer roles for skilled workers. What matters most is reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn.
Ideally, please attach your CV (if available), your ID or residence permit, and any relevant certificates (e.g., forklift license). Don’t worry if you don’t have all documents — we’ll guide you through what’s needed.
Basic German knowledge is helpful but not mandatory for all positions. We work with international teams, and in many workplaces, English or team-based communication is sufficient. However, improving your German skills will always help your career.
You receive a fixed hourly wage according to the BAP/DGB collective agreement, plus social benefits, holiday pay, and Christmas bonuses. You’ll also be paid during your probation period.
We offer positions in logistics, warehousing, transport, cleaning, and general labor. Depending on your experience, you can work as a picker, packer, cleaner, forklift driver, or warehouse helper.
